  Manhattan's Bar & Grill seems to be a bit schizophrenic. 80's music playing in the background with 60's décor, TV's on the wall with baseball and golf but the remaining ambience feigns a higher class experience. Plastic tables, water glasses, and dishes dissolve that illusion though.
  
  The wait service, during prime time on a Saturday, was excellent and attentive. The food however, was very middling. Steak was rarer than requested, vegetables over-cooked (including a loaded baked potato still in its tinfoil), and the Shrimp DeJonghe was bland. Nothing so far as to be bad but enough to get noticed by a food novice like myself.
  
  All in all, there are enough restaurants in the area with similar food at better quality for the same price to make this hard to recommend as more than an interesting curio.

  Mediocre food, slow service and horrible live music. I'm glad I went to hang up and catch up with old friends, but I will not go out of my way to dine there again.
  
  Restaurant definitely needs a lot of updating. Very dungeon and dirty looking inside, with outdated decor. Majority of the crowd seems to be elderly
